By using our AI-powered photo restoration service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Our Service

OldPicFix provides AI-powered photo restoration that can:

• Restore damaged, faded, or deteriorated photographs
• Enhance image quality and clarity
• Colorize black and white photographs
• Remove scratches, tears, and other damage

Credit System

• Credits are purchased through Stripe payment processing
• All sales are final. Refunds or adjustments are at our sole discretion
• Each photo restoration or enhancement uses one credit
• Credits cannot be transferred between accounts

Chargebacks or payment reversals may result in temporary account suspension until the matter is resolved.

Acceptable Use

You may NOT:

• Process copyrighted images without authorization
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to reverse engineer our AI systems
• Violate any applicable laws

Limitations

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties. We cannot guarantee perfect results and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits.
